1 finely chopped onion
3 cloves of garlic

Maybe you only think you can remember ...
I'm a damn fussy eater. If eating wasn't necessary for survival I probably wouldn't bother, because I don't derive any pleasure from food in general - if it's nice then fine, but I can take it or leave it. And I HATE cooking! It takes so long, and I'm just aware that it's time spent waiting for food which will be eaten in a shorter time than it took to wait for it, and that's time I could be spending doing something actually useful instead.

I'm veggie and the only meat I ever have a craving for is tuna, I could have lived on the stuff. I do intend to go vegan in future, probably when I get my own place (which hopefully won't be too far off) so I'm not having to think too much about shopping/cooking and fitting in with other people. I feel like a bit of a hypocrite being veggie and still eating dairy foods, if you look at it from a moral/animal rights perspective. But then if I do go vegan I'll probably give myself a hard time about wearing leather boots and I won't be happy til all my food is home grown organic and all my clothes are made from hemp.
I know the hardest thing for me will be giving up cheese. I'm terrible for it. But as long as I have mushrooms I'll be ok

I love Thai food too! But lately I have been craving Vietnamese beef noodle soup (pho),
the Thais have a much better version, but it's harder to find where I live. Sushi is very popular. Where I live, Mexican or Tex-Mex is huge. Texas is famous for it's Tex-Mex.
