When you go to
Profile / Edit profile on your top navigation bar there is an option at the top right of the screen - the line under
Interests and Personality it says
Song & Video on Profile. I believe that you then follow the instructions there - I haven't put any music on yet but I might. I think you just visit someone else's profile and then click the 'add' button displayed in the player to nick it.
As for graphics / profiles and stuff it is a minefield. You can get a simple layout from MySpace by going to the
Edit Profile page and clicking
Profile Editor at the top right of the screen (above the Song & Video button). That will give you some generic layouts but if you want flashy things then you have to nick code from other webpages and paste it into the
About Me box under the text that you have already written. Fleur recommended

And I got mine from

These sites generate the code - you cut and paste it into your About Me box and bob's your uncle!
It was all news to me as I expected it to be as easy to use as Facebook so I was a bit confused for a while but it's fine really.
