Well, to be perfectly honest, I'd prefer it if burlesque people avoided using "tittie" photos on sites like Facebook and MySpace, simply because I visit those sites at work (on my lunch break, of course!).
We don't have any blocking software, but we do have an IT policy which I do my best to adhere to, but it's difficult if you go to read someone's bulletin and you get a nice avatar of a pair of pastied jubblies, just as your boss passes by your desk...
Plus, call me an old prude (or just a prude, less of the old) but I find there's just too much flesh on show in burlesque in general. I've always hated clubs where it's act after act of "here's my tits". I think also people in the burlesque world become inured to the semi-nudity, and forget the impact the imagery has on more mundane members of society!
