Tonights Site Upgrade

I've decided to bring the time for tonights upgrade at 11pm, directly after Peep Show on Channel 4!

During this time, the site will be unavailable for posting and it's very possible that you might see lots of error messages during this time.

I've just done a test upgrade on my local machine and it took about 4 hours with no errors, however I've also got to import peoples galleries too and this will take a while longer. Hopefully the site should be up and running properly by the time you all wake up tomorrow.

No worries MoBfather - I shall probably be hammered out of my brains on cocktails so any attempt to use the computer in any way, shape or form would be very very stupid!

Ok - I've had a chance to look around the new MoB website just a little bit and it looks good but I'll need some time to work it all out. And as for the MoB credits and having to transfer them manually - what a bloody headache!

One last thought - have you got a new banner. The old MoB banner on my MySpace is now an empty square. Doesn't look nice.

Talking of which, I've got the mother of all migraines at the moment! However I think I'm ahead of schedule, so I might even be able to get some sleep before my throbbing eyeballs burst and spill my ocular juices over the keyboard.

Could you tell me the file name and I'll reupload it. I took the opportunity to clear out lots of the crap that had accumilated over the previous few years - including Frank Sidebottom music, an ebook on how to milk cows and an animated photoshopped image I made of Dusty Limits' head doing a trippy kaleidoscopic brain-meld whilst a hallucinogenic background strokes the nipplage of the doors of perception.

File name? Sorry James, I don't do whatever technojargon speak! I'm more into minds and stuff.

I've just uploaded the missing images, so your MySpace should work fine now.

Okay, my brain has now ceased to work. I've just spent the last 10 minutes trying to count the woodchips on my wallpaper before I realised that we don't have woodchip wallpaper and the crazy-ass blobs were actually on my retina.

I think this means that I need to go to bed!

I've still got quite a bit to do when I wake up - hopefully things should work fine, but if they don't, please try out the new support ticket function or post your bug here.

Time to catch some zzzzzzzzzz's

yay, its all looking spiffing! Will have a good pootle around during the day but have spotted no nasty little bugs so far :-)

Because I went to sleep five hours ahead of schedule, I woke up at the time I was meant to go to sleep. This means that I have a thrilling day of gallery uploading delights ahead of me!
