Ministry of Burlesque DVD
I ordered it late last year... but it never showed up...
I've sent the Ministry countless emails... but, they never reply.
Has anyone else had the same problem?

There was an initial backlog from so many requests early on. But any after that I don't know. I'm sure James will return from supping champagne with celebs to help you soon

Okay - it's the interval and everything is going swimmingly so far.
If people think we've not replied, then check your spam folders, in 95% of cases the reply is in there.
Twinkle, we sent your DVD to the address you put on the order but I think you moved back to Carlisle, hence you never receiving it.
Anyway, if people aren't receiving my email, please use the forum PM system. I can reply to this and theres no danger of anything getting nixed by spam filters.

I did myself order a dvd, and paid using MOB cash, then i moved,losing my net so i have no idea if the mob cash thingy as payment (sorry its been a long day) was scrapped or not?

Hi Ink - I've just checked our records and they show that we have already posted two DVDs out to you. Your PM says that you too have recently moved house and your new address is not the same as the address that you ordered from. Therefore it will be the case that the DVDs will have been delivered to your old address.
The three people who have complained about not receiving their DVDs have ALL moved house since they made the orders and in none of the cases (apart from Inks recent PM) have we been informed about the address change.
It's hardly surprising that these DVD's are not being delivered! Ink - we will send another DVD out to the address that you've just given to us. The people who used MoB Cash to order and then moved house will be required to send £2.50 postage via Paypal. Please PM me to arrange this.
