Ok, I've only been performing for a year but my old stage name (Belladonna) was always temporary. I was just waiting for the right name to come along... is it to late to change it? How long does it take for people I don't know to stop telling me about Bella? I'm starting to feel like I have two personalities! Has anyone else had this problem? I thought it would be ok to change my name before I got established but am starting to have second thoughts!
Just go for it. I've been known as hobbesy ont he fetish scene for years and originally ended up performing under that name at events such as Kinkfest but it was never intended tobe a performance name. I've only been performing as Miss Midnight Blue for a year or so even now, it'll do you no harm. Obviously point it out to prmoter, etc you've worked with in the past and you'll be fine
I wouldn't call myself established but I changed my name and just posted a bulletin on forums/myspace etc and its been fine. Just remember to remind promoters when you arrive at an event xxxx
