Freaky !

Had an itch just to the side of my left eye last night.
So i bathed it and checked there wasn't any make-up or anything before going to bed.
Then had a nightnare that there was a patch of gray flakey skin around it from a burn or something and kept touching it in the dream.
When i woke up this morning i have two marks near to my left eye where i've scratched in my sleep.
eeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeep !
Has anyone else done something simular.

Thats pretty worrying! Is it ok? I had a dream last night that I flew to japan but it was volcano season and loads of people were on fire. Kinda stupid but a little scary. Hope your eye gets better soon hun xx

Ooh, I'd trim my nails before I go to sleep if I were you! I often have awful dreams about my teeth, which used to be very gnarly and big, til I had LOTS of expensive work done on them, but now I am terrified of waking up one day and finding they have gone back to how they used to be! I dream of looking in the mirror and seeing my teeth all twisted, or of them all falling out! I wake up and really believe that my teeth are all horrible again and rush straight to the bathroom mirror to check! Luckily it's been ok so far...

Im in the middle of expensive dental work and always have nightmares of my teeth falling out!!! Usually when I have a big performance coming up too!!

Once I had a dream I was on a date with usher.......... what a nightmare, I woke up screaming!!!

Oooh I always have nightmares that my teeth are falling out, and I dream it really hurts too! I looked it up in a dream dictionary and apparently it means your friends are talking about you behind your back. I'm a bit sceptical myself ...

I've never scratched or cut myself in my sleep but I have done something else in my sleep - and it's just not fair! Hmmmm, this sounds like another thing I can't tell people.

I actually used to know a lad who had scars on his face from scratching in his sleep ... if you get itchy eyes before bed again, wear gloves!

Aw...... you should buy him those lickle scratch mittens you get from Mothercare for newborns.... he could put one on each finger :-D

Eeek don't tell me that ! me scratches are a little soar but nothing,

My x had some pretty bad scaring from scratching as a kid, his mum had to use insulation tape and oven gloves to stop him doing it.
Hmmmmmm maybe gloves wouldn't be such a bad idea.
It'd so be worth getting a dream dictionary, apparently the flying thing has something to do with control ? but i heard the tooth thing was having something on your mind ???
