I think you might just be searching for the wrong thing. A ringmaster's tailcoat is usually just a red version of a normal black tailcoat. The red ones are also used by toastmasters. If you want one in black, it's just a tailcoat. A long tailed tuxedo doesn't actually exist as the tuxedo is a tailcoat without the tails (of course, it's ot actually called a tuxedo, it's just called a dinner jacket, but the Americans call it a tuxedo because of the mistaken belief that it was first worn in the Tuxedo club in New York, which it wasn't)
Anyway!
To further complicate things, there are two types of tailcoat, the morning coat, and the evening coat. I would imagine you want the evening coat which has quite a drastic cut-away and usually three buttons on each side, as well as lapels of a slightly different fabric.
I have bought quite a few in the past from Camden and also a few on e-bay, but only buy from someone who has the measurements clearly marked. PM me if you need any more information!
