Well it's moved to a new building called Grand Central, which used to be a club called Barcelona and is decorated in the style of Gaudi. To be honest, the new building is a much better alternative centre as the facade and interior is quirky and unique but, sadly, many of the original quiggins proprietors have been driven out by inflated rent and such; the Brook cafe and Dermagraffiti tattoo being prime examples.

:sigh:

i'm going to vivian of holloways this weekend

but only so i can take my dress back and have a whinge...

i've coveted these dresses for ages, finally got one and the boning came out of the stitching the first time i wore it! at first i thought it was a size issue but having asked around apparently this is completly normal for the dresses which is a bit gutting

but i'll probably buy some trousers while i'm there anyway haha!

xx

I've got two and I've worn them both a fair few times with no problems. I'd never heard about problems with boning until you said so Amelie. The only problem I've had with either of mine is that there is a vintage style zip in one - which means it sticks just like a vintage zip! It's not a big deal though. It's probably a common problem in anything with plastic boning - I've got a boned bustier and about half of the plastic bones poked through that. Maybe you just got unlucky.

Madam Guillotine I really wouldn't worry about wearing yours again! no point in having such a pretty dress if you're too scared to wear it ^_^
