I am coming to the Big Smoke on Saturday 6th October with my lovely husband and I wondered if there were any burlesque shows going on...

We haven't got that much planned for our trip...

The London tattoo convention - where we will be the most untattoo'd people - but we all start off as a blank canvas, do we not?

Also, the Tate Modern for the Turner Exhibition.

A burlesque show would round the evening off nicely...

I quite agree with Diva that Volupte on a saturday afternoon is well worth a visit. Make sure you have room for their delicious sandwiches and cakes with a big dollop of burly fun!

or very alternatively ... there are two exhibitions on in London that weekend (and we cant make our mind up which one to visit!)

There is The Xpo - "now the biggest fetish, clubbing and alternative clothing event in the world and happens every year in the heart of the City of London at the Barbican Exhibition Centre" see: Profile undergoing maintenance

Or there is Skin Two- "The world’s biggest fetish retail fair and get-together will take place on the 5th and 6th of October 2007": Skin Two Expo fetish and bdsm clothes, accessories and equipment fair

Both worth a visit i reckon but I cant understand why they are both on at the same time?!
