Instead of using the term 'Adult Entertainer' you should actually use phrases like 'lap dancing', 'pole dancing', 'burlesque'. This is so that Google can make a better job of inxexing your pages. If people are typing the word 'adult entertainer' into Google, then the chances are that they ain't looking for a corset and tassels! You should try to load each page with as many relevent keywords as possible - as long as they're relevent.
For example, mentioning the word 'burlesque' once on a page which has something to do with burlesque will score much more highly in Google than mentioning the same word twenty times on an irrelevent page. Google will actually penalise you for doing something like this.
Also, I suggest that you lose the big white 'Amy Jays' graphic with the hot chick on it and make a different version to replace the purple header.
The reason for this is because of what is known as 'the page fold' - in website terms, this is the part of the web page that is visible on the screen without having to scroll down the page. There's an old adage that people give a website an initial four seconds before choosing whether to stay of to click away. If you can show people your special offers the second they come into your site, then there's much more chance to grab the users attention. Use the visible section of the first screen to show special offers, news items etc...

I've been through this and it's an absolute killer, especially as OSCommerce doesn't have the most intuitive way to set product attributes (eg size, colour etc...)
If you want a huge time saving tip, then check out the
Easy Populate And Product Attributes modification. It will allow you to add all your products at once into an Excel spreadsheet and upload everything in one go without using the web interface.

You should also look at implementing
OSCAffiliate into your site too. This will let you run an affiliate scheme where website owners can sign up and sell your products directly from their own sites. If sales come from the affiliate sites, they are logged on the system and the site owners receive a percentage of the sale. The good thing about affiliate systems are that they do a lot of your marketing for you. Instead of users having to find your site, they simply need to notice any of your affiliate sites - ie, it's like having x number of shop fronts instead of just one. The affiliate system also lets you change the affiliate rate of payment. For example, you could start affiliates off on 5% of and sales revenue and if they bring over 5 sales in a month, they can be moved up to 7.5% for the next month etc... This will give your affiliates more impetus to promote your products more heavily on their website.
Apart from these little tips, I'd take some of the angriness out of the purple colour. Check out some articles on website colouring and check out
this colour chart as it will show you some workable colour schemes.
Pastel-type colours on a white background tend to work well for these types of site.
Anyway, enough of my yakking - I have to anniahlate a wasp!
