hello :-)

i want to blow some bubblegum bubbles for a routine but i've never been able to do it... any tips?

Just like anything else doll - practise practise practise!

Use your tongue to spread the bubblegum behind your teeth, then poke your tongue between your top and bottom teeth to push out some of the gum. Keep your lips pursed as if you're going to whistle, but a bit more open. If you can roll your tongue do that slightly, and try to sort of blow down the middle of your tongue, into the gum that should be covering it. Hopefully you should get a bubble forming and with a bit of practise you can control it better.

I hope that makes sense, it's been years since I last had bubblegum!

I am with heather on this one its got to be Hubba Bubba, if you can handle the yukkie taste and want a really big bubble try two bits but you do have to chew for ages to get the sugar out.

I do a bit where i really struggle and go cross-eyed and stuff - which actually isn't acting.... so it would be good to achieve the bubble!

I know this is uber uber late, but I want to incorporate bubble gum bubbles into performance as well. Luckily I'm pretty good at blowing bubbles and may have gone over the world record, but it takes practice.
As others have said: you need to chew it for at least 15 minutes to get rid of all the sugar. UTry and get the gum into a ball in your mouth, then use your teeth and tongue to pull it over your tongue, form your mouth like you're snogging someone or whistling, and blow. Not too hard, mind. The size of the bubble will depend on how many pieces you use - I'd recommend about 3-5 if you want a decent sized bubble. I've also heard soaking / washing the gum helps get the sugar out.
