ooh that sounds good, I'll try and find it. Also, I found a free download of Florrie Ford singing the original 'I Do Like To Be Beside The Seaside'! Well chuffed! Surprisingly good quality for a one hundred yearold recording, although it is a bit crackly for a public play, so I'm considering singing it myself, although that would limit the dancing I could do-what do people think, should I give it a go or try to find a better recording?

Im sure this wont help but there was a song in a Gary Oldman film that went 'by the sea, by the sea, by the beautiful sea, you and me, you and me, we are happy to be'.

Talking

Hun there are 2 great beachy/surf tracks on the Pulp Fiction Soundtrack. The first is 'Bustin' Surfboards' by the Tornadoes (track 5 on the CD) and the second is 'Surf Rider' byt the Lively Ones' (track 15 on the CD). They are both really fun! Otherwise there is that song 'Wish I' by Jem - but people either love it or find it really annoying!!

Have a listen to the Pulp Fiction ones though - you can listen to at least some of each track on Amazon or Itunes.

Good luck!!

I really like surf music, but not sure if it will suit my act, as there is no surfing theme in it. Think I'm gonna either go with 'Rum and Cola' by The Andrews Sisters, or 'I Do Like To Be Beside The Seaside', which I'm quite keen on for the music hall flavour-old scool! xxx
