CONFESSION TIME
I'm a member of My Free Implants.
*lets the gasps of shock and disgust die down*
Anyhow, the site really isn't as bad as it's being made out on that blog. Yes, some girls do choose the "easy" route of offering guys nude photos for donations, but there are also others who have reached their final goal with their most revealing photos being a few lingerie shots. Now, all the photos I have posted are fully clothed (albeit I'm wearing a pretty short skirt in one of them, but it's one that I would also happily wear on a night out), and admittedly in the month I've been there I haven't raised a huge amount, but I did get a $20 donation just because someone enjoyed talking to me. The guys that use the site have to buy their messages, so for every message you get from a guy you get $1 towards the surgery, and while it probably is possibe to get to the total amount just through messages, I'm trying to work out some original ways to get the money.
Anyhow, at the point I do put up some pictures that are a little more revealing (although they won't be THAT revealing considering the quantity of frensh nickers in my undies drawer!), I'm aiming to make them as cheesecake as possible, and considering I want to do some burlesque performing at some point in the future (after I have my new boobs!!) I really don't see it as being exploited- I'm not revealing anything I wouldn't be then, and as I'm not going to be the next Dita so I'm getting a hell of a lot more money for it!
I've wanted my boobs done since I was 16, but I held on to the hope that they might still grow. I just turned 21 and I've started to accept that mother nature was just cruel to me. The two things that make me insecure about my appearance are my weight and my lack of a bust, and while I can fix my weight issues by dusting off my cookbooks and digging out my gym membership, getting implants is something I really can't afford. Some of you might not approve of the way I'm going about it, but I thought long and hard before I joined the site about what I was and wasn't willing to do and whether I was compromising myself by doing it, and I can honestly say that I won't regret it in the future because I've put the thought into it. Admittedly, by doing that it's probably going to take me a little longer than some of the other girls to reach my goal, but not havingto pay for my own boobs? Priceless!

This might be a stupid question...
...but have you been to your doctor? If this causes you genuine distress then you might be able to get them done on the NHS. Downside is the long waiting list though.
My previous post was not aimed at people who are caused real mental anguish by breasts that are truly out of proportion to their bodies, but the ladies who are simply after bigger breasts for the page 3 look as they've been led to understand that looking a certain way is the only way they'll be worth anything. THAT is the attitude that makes me so angry.
I myself had a reduction from a G to a D because it caused me terrible pain in my shoulders and constantly made them seize up meaning I couldn't move my arms properly. I wouldn't advise anyone to have this operation unless they really needed it, but I believe that enlargement is an easier operation for the body to cope with. Saying that though, my op is now over and done with but enlargements need to be redone periodically for the rest of your life.
I really hope you want to change your body for the right reasons - for you and nobody else. XXXX

I've not been to my doctor about it, I don't think I'm really upset enough by it though- it doesn't stop me doing anything (except wearing overbust corsets and low cut tops, lol),although I do tend to get boob envy when I'm out (and it's stronger now I don't drink) and I won't leave the house without my chicken fillets in. It's definitely a proportion problem in my case, I'm really curvy around the hips (there's like 9 inches difference between my waist and hips) but only just an A cup. This is definitely something I'd be doing for myself (my boyfriend tells me I'm perfect on pretty much a daily basis), I just want to feel a more feminine, fill out my tops properly and not have to hunt high and low for bras that fit me.

I know your feeling! I've considered implants on a regular basis but always decide to stay natural, but that's one of the reasons I wasn't sure what to think of the site. My immediate reaction was 'sexist manipulation of women with low self-esteem', but with a little bit of me going 'hey ... I could do that ...' I've pretty much decided against the implants myself as I've seen too many bad ones done, and I choose to remember the advantages to my smaller bust: less heavy, so less back pain, gravity is not my enemy as much as it would be if I was bigger, etc. But if you really want to get yours done I can totally understand why, just please make sure you don't overstep the boundaries and end up exploiting yourself!

Oh, my boundaries are firm, don't worry!! I'm being really careful to make sure I'm not doing anything I'll regret in years to come... unlike right now, I'm starting to regret the four tunnock's tea cakes I just scoffed!!
