BBC Scotland asked me to recommend acts for 'Video Guidon' on BBC2 as they are having an awards ceremony and are filming today.

So at some point soon you'll see Lily White, Missy Malone, Carrington! (Warren) and Gypsy Charms and her lot on the telly up north. Hurrah!

That's soooo cool for those of us who don't have access to BBC Scotland (like me) I hope it ends up on utube so I can take a peek or three.

If you have Sky TV you'll probably be able to get BBC Scotland - because we get all the regional BBC channels, including Northern Ireland and various parts of England. I like watching West Midlands every so often to catch up with what's happening in Brum!

Anyway, I'm guessing that means that those in England, will get the Scotchland version of BBC1 & BBC2. If that helps anyone...

The programme will apparently be aired on BBC2 Scotland on December 10.

And besides myself (as a bare-chested Chaplin), Missy (on stilts), Lily White, and Gypsy and Viva from the Charms - you can also see Daiquiri Dusk, Wild Card Kitty, Karney Doll and three random "models".

Just so that all the local people know - I did direct the beeb to the forums and recommended various acts and community people that I have met and worked with too - not just the MoBstar agency folks!

In the end, the show only needed a few performers.

Warren - was anyone else involved, who I have not mentioned?

No Kittie! Warren and yourself have us all covered! I know that a few more people were recommended but it was just too short notice for them to attend.

It's showing next Sunday around 10pm I think, but also if you don't have access to BBC 2 Scotland, you can see it on the net via www.bbc.co.uk/videogaiden
after the programme, obviously! Fingers crossed about our close-ups!

Make sure to watch the show. It's at 12 on BBC2 Scotland this coming Sunday. It's a weird one, videoGaiden - it's far bigger outside Scotland than inside, with most of our viewers in the States and elsewhere.
