I'm off to a poppy ball tomorrow evening being put on by Bodywork Theatre & Dance Co. I have a lovely little outfit put together, but the problem is that the corset top of my grey taffeta bustle dress doesn't give me the oomph that I need and instead leaves a gaping gap between the boobs. I've tried tit tape to hold the dress to the middle of my cleavage - but with my 28E's it just bounces off again!

Not only do I want to stop the gap but also want to give my boobs a good squeezed lift look - tried in vain to find a good strapless bra, but no luck. Have also spent all budget on feather fan, black jet necklace & Viv Westwood (copy) orb necklace to complete the look!

Any advice from you wonderful ladies out there?

have you ever seen breast binding? if you tape/wrap starting below the breasts and pushing up as you go so that the bottom half of your breasts are flattened somewhat then your decolletage will be bouyant!

I've also used a belt. bending over while you do this is quite helpful as well. however this all requires strength of body and will!

Ahh, yes, I was thinking about taping them up like that, but wasn't sure if it was possible! Is there any type of tape I should use? I once used bright blue electrical tape as a costume - it worked well, but didnt have it on for long, and was rather uncomfortable when it came to pulling it off my nipples!

I once new a girl in college who wore a very body hugging backless dress to a Summer Ball and she decided to use the silver 2 inch wide gaffer tape that builders use to hold everything in place.

Her friend taped her up and when she paraded for us in the lounge our mouths just dropped. She had good cleavage anyway but Lord above - that tape done good.

Two things though. She spend the whole night creaking everytime she breathed and I dread to think how painfull it must have been removing the tape that evening.
