I'm having trouble creating a profile it keeps saying user id invalid, any ideas please?

You need to make sure that your username is all one word - this means you can't have any spaces or punctuation in your name.

thanks for the reply, there aren't any gaos, but is my screen name that there is a problem with.
Lulu Spanx, I registered with model sanctum which could be the problem, but I've tried logging in and it won't let. Any when I request a password it doesn't do anything?
