My Fabulicious Gonzo Entertainment Show starts at the end of September and I have been seeking advice on the best format.

The plan at the moment is to probably have myself and another local comedian as the 2 main hosts, who start the show by doing 10mins of banter and warm up.

Then we have a comedian doing a 20min set, then a break. The comedian will be a comedy circuit act, not a racist/sexist social club type!

Then we plan to have the gameshow part of the show which might be broken into 2 sections, featuring daft games and prizes etc

And after another break, we plan to finish the show by having some kind of cabaret act, including burlesque routines.

Considering the audience will largely be made up of slightly rowdy students, I realise there could be quite a few wolf whistles and possible calls to "get yer tits oot" - for the performers amongst you, is this a gig you would want to do?

My other option is to use burlesque performers in a more "gameshow assistant" kind of role - largely just looking glamorous and attractive !

From wandering around Belfast City Centre in 8 inch heels and a corset, theres nothing funnier than responding to drunk young men screaming things at me. Theyre either shocked to find im a man, or horrified that ive even responded.

Where is this Fabulicious Gonzo Entertainment Show being held/performed etc?.travel permitting I'd happily stand on guard with my cane to crack the backs of said offending students hands (in a playful manner of course)
.that could take care of the "get your tits out!" cries.

Have you decided on a theatre in Glasgow to try and get your show in? I think the tron would be your best bet. Please keep us updated, would be fabulous if you could come up to glasgow. If you need any help I'd be more than happy to distribute a few flyers and put up a few posters.

I'd say 'Why not'! are you sure the students would say 'get your tits out' instead of just standing there wth their mouths open?

I was watching a burlesque show last week and no one was saying anything, I was the only one whooing and cheering everytime an item of clothing came off, so I'd definetely prefere a friendly northern 'get your tits out' than no cheering at all!

I semi-stripped at High Tease last Thursday and was quite surprised by the excited reaction I got from some of the female audience members!

That was a novelty - now I have a sense for what it's like to be a stripper!

Quite a few women in the audience told me I had to take my trousers off next time I perform !

And I thought men were bad !
