Thing is they have some x big brother contestants modeling burlesque ( esk) fashion.

Uuuuch ! BB is alright for some light entertainment.
but those flash in the pan do nothings are soooooooo irritating.

can't performe, can't act, can't dance can't sing.

they haven't the decency to cover up with a pastie when posing on the cover of zoo.

Just irritates beyond belief that models actors performers are putting there all into burlyq and these non entaties are being payed for something they don't deserve.

don't know maybe i'm bitter or snobish

what does anybody else think ?

It just make me sooooo angry that THAT BB thing is how the general media and public are seeing burlesque and there not getting to know of it as an art form.

I don't know maybe burlesque will make a huge impact in fashion ( other than couture ;vivian john paul, agent p x love them all x) i'd just hate to see burlesque used as an excuse to crudely bear flesh and p!^*K tease because thats not what it's about.
I'd hate for it to become mass marketed in fashion and eventually you'd get something like a Burlesque Brat doll.
Ewwwwwww those things creep me out.


Not that i think burlesque is or should be elitist but you need some talent and a gimmick - (love sondhiem.)

But when you've trained and worked your ass of to get where you are you don't need a would be x tv celeb taking your livelihood.
