Im looking for a decent pair of vintage style (ie, in a tan, flesh or light light rust colour) stockings preferably with a cuban heel. My only problem is that I cant find any that arnt horribly unflattering! I tend to find that hold ups cause my thighs to bulge.not an attractive look.
Does anyone have any suggestions? Stockingshq seems the best bet so far!
i have the same problem with stockings.
for my wedding i bought ones for very tall ladies
and the width was much better they streched out instead of up.
stockingshq was the one - call them they are qute helpful.

I dont know if this will help but i found a place in glasgow thats half sex shop half cheeky lingerie. They have the hugest selection of stockings iv ever seen and with a lot of different sizes. Generally i bug them and pick their brains till they sell/order me what i need. If you could find somewhere like this it might help.

Elektra, did you have a look on Whatkatiedid? The good thing is that they have advice on sizing etc. and have a lot of sizes for curvy ladies.in general.I am small and have trouble finding decent stockings, they are either too short or the smallest nylons are baggy!
Have you thought about drawing them on your legs? A perfect fit!
I found that if you buy a pair one size larger than the size you normally are (unless you are one of those hard to find one size fits all) it cuts down on the bloop at the top of the thighs.
