Yes, I just love Goldgrapp's peacock feather costume but I didn't know she was in Vogue. I'll look out for it.

Check this pic out. Is she just holding fans behind her back? I'd love to have a peacock feather piece like this to tie around my waist. Ruby, do you think that is possible to make?
