Is being the richest owner of Karma good or bad?

Cos if you can give it away to other users, surely this is the way to go as it's a sign of generosity - and it's better to be generous rather than rich (both with money and karma!) - so in a way the "richest" people are those who have given away the most karma.

But then if you want the status of giving away the most karma just to be the "best", this should mean you don't deserve the positive karma in the first place!

Please don't think I'm being particularly serious here by the way - just thought I'd maybe start a light-hearted karma debate.

Let's get deep and philosophical!

i think your thought process is rather left brain analytical and it is better, with karma, to be right brain holistic . I hope this clarifies things for you.

hey warren
i've been having the same deluded thoughts.
spent last night trying to get rid of some .
it was rediculously high.

its great being able to dish out karma -

it builds up so quickly.

Then surely the more Karma you give away, the more you will receive, leading to an even greater wealth to get rid of in some sort of vicious karmic circle.

and then you would have to post more (perhaps pointless) replies to get your karma level back up. Resulting in completly pointless posts littering the MoB landscape.

should there be some kind of charity set up. like donate 5 karma points.you can feed this persons ego for a day, give them 30 karma however, and they might think you fancy them. or something.
