My production company, Growling Clown Entertainment, are currently developing a live gameshow idea with myself as the main host.

Before long I will be auditioning for a female co-host/assistant and wondered if anyone reading this would be interested?

The show already has provisional bookings in the North East of England, which will hopefully lead to further bookings across the country.

I know I haven't given you much information, but at this stage I'm just scouting to see who's interested?

The only bit of extra information I can give you at the moment is that you'll need to dress glamorously (although definitely not tacky or sleazy!) - so obviously burlesque fits! Plus you need to be confident onstage and able to banter with the audience when necessary.

We also have a kids version in development, so please let me also know if that would be something else you might be interested in co-hosting?

This sounds like a great idea and a lot of fun. I am up in Scotland (between edinburgh and glasgow) so I think that puts me 2-3 hours away from you, too far away? I don't mind travelling (though of course I'd have to look into expenses). Would this be a paid gig? How frequently do you think you will be performing? Sorry for all the questions, I know you are still in the planning stages. Do keep us up to date and good luck!

I do believe we have already worked together! Not sure if I'm too far away to qualify for the gig (rehearsals etc) but sounds like a fun prospect. Have you checked out the New York burlesque gameshow This or That? Obviously not to be replicated, but could prove inspiration. The female co-host on that is one of my all time favourite burlesquers, Julie Atlas Muz, and I'd love to have a go at paying homage to her. keppy me posted - you have all my contact details. *hug* xxx

Cocoa Mae has already mentioned about "This Or That" which looks brilliant and which is actually very similar to what I am hoping to do.

The gameshow my ents company is producing is planned to be called "The Fabulicious Gonzo Gameshow & After Midnight Club" and besides the gameshow, will include a light-hearted speed dating event, followed by a DJ spinning music into the wee hours. This show will be flexible enough to be tailored to meet any individual booking requirements.

The assistant will of course be paid. And we also have a kids version in development which would also benefit from an assistant, and which is already gathering provisional bookings.
