Having only joined a few days ago, I was quite nervous at first!
as with most forums', you usually tend to get a clique where, if you're not in it, you're not wanted!
It was so refreshing to get replies, and friendly ones! I hope people are this friendly at Cafe De Paris on March 16th as my friend and I won't know anyone there!

Random thought of the day:
As dancing styles have become popular on TV, ballroom, ice-skating etc....
Think we might see a celebrity burlesque show!?
"Celebri-titties" even!
Would probably be John Fashnu and Esther Rantzen or something!
I think Lorraine Kelly would pull it off!

The only thing we ask in order to be accepted into our clique is that you leave your attitude at the door. The MoB don't have time for primadonnas - that's why it's a great place to be!

It all depends on the crowd, but Flash Monkey is renowned for pulling in the correct type of people, so you shouldn't go too far wrong.

LOL! Funny you should mention this - Kittie and I are in discussions with two competing TV companies over the creation of a Burlesque reality TV show based around our Battle Of The Burlesque competition. It's still early days, but things are looking very promosing.

Sorry to disappoint you, but Fashanu WILL NOT be involved! :P

I'm now having difficulty getting this thought out of my head. In fact, whenever I close my eyes, a tassel-twirling Bet Lynch is imprinted on the backs of my eyelids!
