Hey all

I am posting on behalf of Candy Stripe Party Planning, an events management group, and we are searching for two to three girls to perform a few burlesque routines at an incredibly popular 100 person capacity cocktail bar called Rojo on New Years Eve this year (yes I know it's very short notice!) as part of their celebrations.

As the location is Jersey, we are obviously happy to pay for your expenses such as flights and accomodation. We will also ensure you're well looked after with dinner and drinks throughout the night. There will also be a fee included for your troubles.

Thank you so much for all your applications in relation to the New Years Eve burlesque event in Jersey.

Sadly, the location manager sourced his own entertainment for the night in the form of two very talented, very sexy ladies from the Tassel Club who have offered to provide their routines for free in exchange for a night on the tiles!

Now obviously, we at Candy Stripe would have struggled to offer him anything close to this deal, because we wanted to offer our lovely applicants a decent fee, this therefore lost us the contract for NYE.

Despite this, we hope to plan our own separate events on the island throughout 2009 hopefully with the assistance of all applicants, pending their authorisation to maintain their portfolios on our records.

Please accept our sincere apologies for any inconvenience this late cancellation may have caused, however, we would be grateful if any applicant for this event would confirm their consent to keep their portfolio in mind for up and coming events.
