I am writing to you from a company called Uni-versalEXTRAS Ltd we places people as extras in TV and Film across the UK. Our company website is Universal Extras Ltd

We are currently working on a BBC drama were we require female Burlesque dancers. The drama is set in the 80s.

The Role: You will be playing a Burlesque dancer from the 80s era.
Requirements: All applicants must be happy to go topless (this has not been confirmed yet, this may not be allowed so will have to wear tassels)
Aged between: 18yrs to 25yrs
Hair: Nothing to crazy as need to fit in the 80s era.
Dancing experince is required.

Date: TBC will be in September

Location: London

Pay: Min BBC rates but very likely to be more yet to be confirmed. (Call me if you require more details)

Eighties burlesque dancer? Eighties? Really?

I like how the hair requirements bit has changed since we all agreed it was daft.

It also seems they may have confused burlesque with stripping as I don't know any burlesque dancers that go without tassels.
