This whole year has been full of highlights for me.
Pretty much every Candy Box Burlesque put on (long may it reign!)
Witnessing the majesty of Dirty Martini .
Sat in awe during Immodesty Blaize 's surprise performance at Yankee Doodle Candy.
Watching the Pillow Fight between Leyla Rose and Missy Malone .
Lily Dumont 's very funny Clown Act.
Creating and Making my Burlesque podcast Tassel Time.
Seeing the madness of Kitten on the Keys twice in one year and having the pleasure of interviewing her on The Damned's Tour bus.
The Damned's Twisted Cabaret and getting to go backstage afterwards.
Trying to interview Candy Box Organisers Al and Saffron for Tassel Time and the recorder conking out halfway.
Meeting lots of lovely people from the forums such as Gehenna, Angel LaVey, Fleur De Mal, Captain Chaos and Scarlet Fever to name a few.
Meeting Dita at the Birmingham Waterstones signing.
Heres to more moments next year!

My highlights of 2007 were probably
-Attending my first Candybox (Kitten On the Keys was my favourite)
- All the performances i did in '07 were great fun but honourable mentions must go to Club Smooch in Brighton and Carnival Divine in Manchester as i had so much fun with the other performers at both those nights
- Successfully dying my corset, it sounds lame but i was so scared it would go wrong and so relieved when it didn't!
Can't wait for a burly 2008!

performing at such fantastic clubs such as the Candy Box, Time for Tease, the Tassel Club, Pitty Patt, the Slippery Belle, and many others.
arranging and performing at The Girl Can't Help It, DaDalesque, Tallulahs Burlesque , The Martini Lounge and Circo's launch and other future events.
i've met alot of great friends this year too, and think i have gained alot of recognition this year, even winning an award at DaDaFest!
this new year will bring many more events including many more martini lounges, and DaDalesque, now part of this festival!

Has to be the ongoing success of Dr Sketchy at the Arches and the launch of Tease & Cakes at Sloans. Although I suspect that 2008 is going to be an even better year for us!
