No Cause For Alarm!
I was wondering if anybody else ever seems to get woken up by their alarm clock at totally inopportune moments?
In my dream, I was with Seventies pop group 'Brotherhood Of Man' and we were all queueing up at Waterloo Station for a delicious croissant, infused with the purest nuggets of gold. The dream consisted of the queue getting shorter and shorter whilst Brotherhood of Man, (who strangely became the Goombay Dance Band as the queue got shorter) were telling me that the croissants were deliciously ethical as they used 'fair-trade gold'.
Anyway, I eventually received my croissant and the second I put it in my mouth, the bloody alarm clock started playing its bloody synthetic bongo music and I awoke with a start and nearly bit my tongue off. Of course my delicious gold-flecked croissant disappeared into the cloud of dream-dust from whence it came!
The same thing also happened the other day when I had completed the purchase of my dream harem. The harem estate agent handed me the keys and my alarm clock went off as soon as I unlocked the door.
Does this happen to anyone else?WARNINGWarning: This is an Old Thread

I've had a couple of dreams that ended at the wrong moments, but more importantly I'm glad to read that you are actually allowing yourself to sleep.

What's all this queueing in dreams?! If it's a dream you shouldn't need to queue!!!!!

"fair trade gold" HA! Love it!
I'm not lucky enough to be woken up by my alarm - I'm normally drifting out of my slumber before hand and my when my alarm goes off it's telling me "time's up - get out of your warm, snug bed."
I normally have vivid dreams - like being in the artic with giant rabbits hopping abour whilst I'm talking to whales from holes in the ice. Sometimes have dreams where I am convinced I'm awake and I can really feel and touch my surroundings - scary one was when I thought an alien had entered my body. As I woke up,I felt a massive pain in my throat and when I tried to scream no sound came out.
