Johnny Depp should be made to walk the plank into shark infested waters for making Pirates popular.
If you want to indulge in some pirate action then it's best to be male, you can then indulge in buggery.
P.S. Ninjas are so much better.

Don't be so ridiculous Gehenna, Johnny Depp didn't make pirates popular; their awesomeness made them popular!
Get out of this thread with your ninja loving ways! We don't want to revive that silly rivalry here ...
Besides, when did you ever hear of a day dedicated to ninjas? Never! Today we celebrate pirates in all their fictional glory!

Meh, enjoy your romantic mumbo jumbo. Besides, everyone knows that Pirates would lose to Ninjas because...
...Only a Ninja can kill a Ninja...
P.S. for those who love Pirates, why not check out some of these books.

Ar, been swabbin' the decks and shiverin me timbers for most of the mornin' (heating busted).
It bein' International Talk Like a Pirate Day, Jim Lad was sent off ter school dressed like a cross-dresser, sportin' a monobrow (eyebrow pencil) dark and threatenin' eyes (god bless Barry M), a scar (that pencil again) and a very grubby (ie authentic) pirate outfit what hadn't seen a scrub or swab since a birthday party last August, ar.
Couple all that with an increasingly smelly plaster-cast (10 days to go!) and he looked and smelled just like somethin' straight off the Black Pig. TBH like somethin' scraped *off* the Black Pig under that there water-line, ar.
Today brings up an interestin' question....who bloody well decides on these International Days and when can we get an International Burlesque Day. Ar.

Ahar, I love to see a wench gettin into the spirit o' things!
Once went out to celebrate with a group o' piratey lads - twas fun, me lads, twas fun. We drank grog an' rum an' terrorised the landlubbers ...
A group o' young cabin boys from across the Atlantic started talkin like Long john Silver hisself ... and it just caught on. This land based internet thingy does help, so I believe ...

If anyone's interested, go look up what a "sailor's bride" is. It involves strategically shaving a chimp so I won't post any more details on this forum...
