We are delighted to announce that in addition to Kittie Klaw , the independant judging panel will now also include Charlotte Thomson - many thanks Charlotte for your help & support for this.

Additions to Audition Day

Due to some contestants that could not make the audition day, and some changes to the structure of the day itself, we have been able to make a further 4 slots available. We are delighted to announce that the following performers will be joining the previous 12, to audition for the Delicious Newcomers Competition in Birmingham on 13th March :-

Julian and I would like to thank Jules, Shaz and all the team involved in todays auditions we had a great time and saw some wonerfull acts

Kittie and I have just got back from Birmingham and would like to congratulate the eight finalists for the Delicious newcomers competition.

We would also like to commiserate the performers who didn't get chosen. All in all, the standard was very high and so everything bodes very well indeed for the event itself.

I'd also like to say hello to Briar84, El Kapitan and Number Von Son - it was great to finally meet you in the flesh finally - even if in El Kapitans case we were standing at neighbouring urinals at the time!

Big thanks to Jules and Shaz - From what I saw today, Delicious is going to be one of the must-see events of 2010.

On a slightly different note, my satnav doesn't get along particularly well with Birmingham's Spagetti Junction!

well done to the finalists...its going to be a difficult final to judge, and what an awesome day!! i really enjoyed myself! even though i didnt get back into hull until 11pm!!! i still went home smiling!!!

The standard of performances was incredible and an enormous amount of rehearsal & preparation quite obviously went into the routines. The 7 who sadly didn't make it to the final can be very proud of their efforts and were well worthy of making it this far, so the first big thank you goes to
Chassy Van Klaas, The Double Entendres, Penny Feathers, Isadore la Belle, Spankalicious, Bella Tricks & Valentina on the Rocks for your performances and some very lengthy journeys.

The second big thank you goes to our judges Kittie Klaw & Charlotte Thomson, who had the unenviable job of picking 8 out of the 15 and providing very valuable feedback to all the contestants.

A final big thank you goes to everyone who made it run so smoothly on the day : The Heresy n Heelz team Miss Pink & Fluffy, Fiona (Adixxtion Designs), Rik, Jodie (stage kitten), Fleur du Mal (stage manager), Nick & DJ's Karnter & Pagan Flame for the music, our photographers Brian Groom & Karl Bright, our video team Number von Son & Claire, our compere El Kapitan, James (MoB) and finally everyone at Asylum 2.

Having seen the standard of the 8 lucky contestants , I can guarantee the final will be worthy of attending Delicious on its own - tickets for the event are now on sale at Delicious Official Website

Hi everyone,
I just want to say a huge thank you to everyone who performed at the Delicious Newcomers contest, you gave us a much tougher job than I thought possible, it was such a close call and it was so lovely to meet and chat to so many of you, i wish every one of you the very best of luck with future performances and look forward to seeing the finalists perform again at the main Delicious event. I really had a fantastic afternoon, what better way to spend a Saturday than by being entertained by 15 fab ladies!

Big thanks to Jules and Shazzie for inviting me to take part and as always, for making us feel so welcome (though not sure the sweets did me any good lol). The day went incredibly smoothly, a testament to the team involved, well done everyone!

And of course, lovely to finally meet Kittie and James in person! Thank you for the cream eggs!
