Have you been to a beautician, my sister is one and says that you can have a skin assessment where they will tell you what you can/can't use, they can give you skincare products and base creams which you can then apply make up to, sort of like a protective layer, I used to have bad skin with excema and rosacea and found Dermalogica products really good, I had the assessment first and my skin has now cleared up, I still can't really wear much makeup but my skin now looks fine without.
