Hi girls,I have had such awful skin since I was 10 and Im now 21 and Im sick of it!

I am taking oxytetracycline and using adapalene as a topical treatment on my skin.
It has worked to a certain degree but still leaves me with reactive spots, dry patches and uneven skin which is almost impossible to apply makeup to! I am very pale so it looks very obvious,and I hate it so much

Does anyone have any skincare tips or makeup recommendations? I need to find the perfect foundation,concealer and powder,if anyone can help?
I tried mineral foundation and concealer but it just didnt work for me!
