Well, you can start up a thread about any subject in 'burlesque chat' so you are free to complain about anything there.
I might not be a moderator but I know for absolute certain that there is no collaboration of any kind between the Ministry of Burlesque and Club Noir. To express that idea you might be someone in the know, determined to disguise it and looking for mischief, or you genuinely don't know and have a suspicious nature!
If you know anything about Club Noir you'll know why your guess that the Ministry is shielding them is very, very outlandish. If you don't then, take it from me, I used to work with Club Noir and know for a fact that they don't work with any other organisations at all.
The Ministry has nothing to gain by restricting anyone's freedom to complain about Club Noir but there isn't much to be gained by complaining about it here either. The two organisations are so separate that anything aired here will probably not reach Club Noir. The best way to do that is to contact them directly, but, as you have found, they aren't open to your opinions.
However I think it is right for people to express their views of dissatisfaction with a show or a performer that they've paid money to see, so that people don't get their reputations by self-generated hype alone, and so that other potential audience members can be warned that they might be parting with their hard earned money for not much in return.
Send a PM to a moderator about this if you like. I'm sure they don't mean to restrict anyone.
