Hmm, as am I. I'm going to need to double check all this but I'm fairly certain it shouldn't affect you; it does depend on the size of your premises and the nature and extent to which the music is used. Plus to pay PRS you need to detail all the songs played which is ludicrous if you are just listening to the radio in work. You can visit
