Dear Luna,

Orders normally take between 7 and 10 working days to get to Australia, but occassionally things can be held up in customs which can cause a delay.

Gina always replys to customer query emails so I'm not sure what happened, but if you email her on mailorder@whatkatiedid.com with your order number or name, and when you placed your orser she should be able to help.
