The other thing is when you put on your make up (although like darkimages said if you can so without that's a good thing) use a foundation brush and a concealer brush to put on your make up - and clean them between uses if it's a really bad break out you want to make sure that you're not spreading around bacteria and debris on your skin.
Might sound weird - but also wipe telephone handset speakers or anything else that touches your face on a regular basis. If they're on your forehead it might be your fringe aggrivating them so clip it back for a while and don't use product on it for a bit.
