I've had an idea, though I'm not sure it will work.
It's something I'm planning to use when I start teaching and this will be sort of a cyber test-run.
Even though a lot of us aren't known to each other in real life, try and think of something nice to say about the person who posted before you.
So if, for example.. Bob posted after this (yes I'm making up names) he would say something about me. Then Julie would say something about Bob, Simon would say something about Julie and so on and so forth.
It should hopefully make everyone who posts feel good
At least that's the plan. Give it a whirl!
