Eh, just tone down your make up for work, it doesn't really mean anything. You can keep it as you like it during out of work hours. Lots of places do have a policy on appearance and it's best just to stick to that and then let your hair down after work. I only started really wearing make up after my job required that I did - I was told off for not wearing enough!
