Hmmm... I haven't been in this situation myself so can't offer advice. I just wanted to say I hope you start to feel better soon. I do know how it feels to be a worrier, and even though you know everything will be fine, you still feel like something will go wrong. I guess the best thing to do is to do anything and everything to keep your mind off it. Can you draw or paint, something like that? Maybe write stories instead of reading them? Invite friends over for pizza? Ok, I'm just coming up with anything I can think of now.
I really hope you feel better soon. Just remember that, although it's horrible now, it will get better. Everything works out in the end.
