Yoga is fantastic I love it. I have not been for about 6 weeks and my body hates me for not going. I have a class booked for Thursday and I am so happy. It can make you feel ill if you do certain stretches but I did not the first time I went. I am really lucky I have a great teacher who has been doing it for about 20 years and does a one to one class for me really cheep.
But it makes such a difference to my performances and also after. When I don't do it I end up with a sore back.
