Oooh dear love! Not so good then? I've been lucky and had some great classes where following an extended relaxation period at the end of the class (much akin to meditation) I've glided out of the sessions feeling floaty-light. There are a million different types of yoga though so I suppose you've got to 'shop around.' Hope it hasn't put you off for life!
