I do the can-can. It is high impacts energetic dance. Some people perform the basic moves...some people perform it with acrobitc moves, like walkovers, cartwheels,....
No can-can group is the same, they all have their own little routine.
Can can is all about timing (all dance forms are lol)
A) with music
B) with fellow dancers
I suggest you start ballet as ballet is the foundation for most dance forms. It teaches you posture for high kicks...and remeber can-can is in heels!!!!
